I have this on the west facing window and get rainbows all over my living room and kitchen. It is really fun to see them all over the house.

I ordered this crystal and what actually arrived was a totally different cut of glass. In your search at the top of your computer, type in: crystal prism 873-38. You will notice that several crystal pictures come up that all have the same code. The crystal that actually comes with this code is the picture that has the blue colored rectangle next to the crystal showing you what the cut actually looks like. The crystal you actually get doesn't look near as pretty as the one picture here, but still makes beautiful rainbows on your walls when hung in a sunny window.

I recieved a clear,not pink, crystal, but, all the same, it's very nice for projecting rainbows into the room which is the reason I got it. I do NOT practice anything like feng shui, or occultic things, with crystals. I got this, simply to look at rainbows, GOD'S creation, when the sun passes through the glass.

This is a very pretty feng shui crystal. It's a good value for the money.

Placed in the window of my room, it catches the sunlight and deepens the pink-painted walls. Its effect is very relaxing.

Another sturdy, thick wrought iron product! I placed these 2 little beauties on both sides of a designer mirror and watch out for all the attention from your guests! Makes a perfect companion to the 5 candle wrought iron sconce I just bought also!

These sconces were a nice surprise. I really like the way they look on my wall. They actually look better than the picture. I bought some 4" ivory flameless candles to set on them and they look great.

These sconces are lovely! I put them on either side of a square mirror that we have in our dining room and they really make the look! Up close, the color looks old and peeling, but I don't mind that at all.

I ordered these to put on the wall in our bedroom to replace the brass ones I had in there as we had moved to a new home and I was decorating in the Spanish style to reflect the Spanish style of our home. They are perfect for the look that I wanted. I also bought the ball candles to go on them.

I purchased these because they were different and the picture of them made the color of them appear black, but when they arrived they had a purple color to them. I thought it was rust at first and started to send them back, but after debating a while decided to keep them. I figured rust would be more of a reddish color and the purple looks more like paint. Either way they look great on my wall.

Marvellously weird songs and becoming music. All you can expect from a combination of Tiger Lillies, Edward Gorey, and the Kronos Quartet. You will become addicted.

If you like avante-garde cabaret music with a morbid twist, this is the album for you. A joint collaboration between the Tiger Lillies and the Kronos Quartet, the songs are based on poems by Edward Gorey.

...normally play string with my girlfriend's cat while naked, gradually working both her (the cat) into a fearful frenzy before my own faux-waltz of lip-syncing grandeur. Now that I have the perfect music to do it to, this may change. I only wish my girlfriend loved it half as much as her cat loves that string. I first came across The Tiger Lillies years ago on, of all things, a Satanic Internet radio station, and have found myself returning to them periodically, trying to be frugal with my music budget, knowing (as happened with the late great Gorey) that novelty can turn to addictive brilliance before your credit card can say: "Well, hello again." The higher price of imports helps, but I fear this album won't sustain me for long, long and graceful as the vocals are, encircling the wind keys, wrist strings, and waif skins that live forever. A mad old heiress disguises herself as one libertine commoner, then wails watery makeup into the corpse of the one she eats, and dies, but her spirit will weaken, then cling to you like a starving orphan.

But now converted... I was attracted to this CD because the songs are musical versions of Edward Gorey stories. I have to confess that at first I did not know what to do with the music, how to categorize it I mean... but because the stories are great and funny, the music grew on me and now I love the CD. I listen to it almost every day, at least my favorite songs: Weeping Chandelier (great tango!!!), Besotted Mother (a delightful waltz... ja!), Gin (that rhythm makes me want to dance), Hertha Strubb (crazy!!!), QRV (what is QRV? Anyway, the kids love it) and Trampled Lilly (romantic, sad and dark, veeeery dark) If you do not have an obscure humor, a taste for experimental music and if you are expecting classical music or something of that source, this is not the CD for you. But for everyone else, I recommend it widely...

Once you get past the falsetto Lotte-Lenya-meets-Kevin-Coyne voice, you can concentrate on the meta-Gorey lyrics. The words come from original Gorey texts that have been liberally adapted. If anything, they emphasise the commonalities with the world of Charles Addams. The musical style is, as the group itself says, avant-garde cabaret. The Kronos Quartet, despite being co-stars, do not seek to upstage the Tiger Lilies. Definitely recommended for Gorey fans and Goths who love serious (?) cabaret (if you are out there).

I love Rachael Sage's new CD, "Chandelier"! The songs are an eclectic mix of strength, tenacity, and fragility as expressed in love, unrequited love, manipulated love, adultery, and the fantasies and disappointment inherent in so many love relationships. Sage's lyrics are pure poetry - intense, stunning, emotive. Her beautiful, edgy voice and keyboard arrangements capture the vitality and vulnerability that keep hope alive and enduring. The soulful echoes of a cello renders the tunes inviting and haunting, and the addition of trumpet and drums draws an upbeat sensibility. Other instruments include guitar, harmonica, accordion, and saxophone. Every song on this CD is beautiful, evocative, and effective. "Vertigo" voices the haunting cries for freedom from a manipulative and adulterous relationship: "I feel what I feel/ Feel this is wrong/ And I should have run fast/ Before you led me on." The dark keyboard arpeggios are reminiscent of the powerful opening to "Paper Plane" from her previous release, "The Blistering Sun"The Blistering Sun. "Angel in my View" is an upbeat pop song expressing the musings of someone who falls in love with another who is unavailable: "...You're my only aching/ And I would gladly let you/ Paint me with white lies/ Come on and paint me with white lies." "Blue Light" is gorgeous soft, jazzy, mystical number about muses and the songs they inspire and the healing that transpires through the metaphor of song. "Wishbone" is my favorite song from "Chandelier". It is a sublime wedding song with gorgeous imagery: "Butterflies crawling on the concrete lawn/ Telling me to love you if I'm gonna be strong/ Everything around me is an empty chair/ Don't know where I'm going unless you're there/ Phoenix is flying in a fiery sky/ Telling me to love you till the day I die/ Everything around me is an old wishbone/ It doesn't matter who says, you're my home." "Mexico" is a gorgeous cover and moody remix of Jay Clifford's yearning release. Sage reminds me of Ani DiFranco, Tori Amos, Elvis Costello, and a little bit of The Indigo Girls. Her influences range from The Beatles to traditional Jewish music. This range gives her songs unforgettable hooks and a unique sound that can't go wrong. Buy this CD - you won't be disappointed! Every song pulses with Rachael's bright and compassionate spirit.

I just got this, so I don't know how long it lasts. Looks fine, does the job. However, note that each bulb is 1 3/4 inches in diameter and a bit over 4 inches in length. That's quite a big bigger than the bulbs I'm replacing. Also, the bulbs are frosted, not clear. Worked for me, but YMMV.

Bulbs are what we thought we wanted to save some energy using our dining room light. The bulb itself makes the light look weird. The bulbs are about five times size of other regular bulbs for the chandiler type light.

This is my second set of lights. The first one lasted 6-7 monthes. Then they started to dim and keep flashing a little. I bought another set and it's been like 5 monthes now. I have a two light fixture mounted on a wall above the main door that gets you in the house. Well these lights work everyday from sunset until the morning. I keep them on so the house looks occupied at all times except mornings. 9-watts i believe are like 40W in Incandescent. Regards,

i love this movie i usto watch it when i was younger and i recently was trying to figure out what this movie was called and than i seen it on tv and watched it and it was the movie!! i recoded it on my dvr untill i can buy it!!

This film is very predictable and is by no means original. Yet with that said, I enjoyed it. It has been a long time since a film has caused me to cry. I just saw the movie on Starz and am adding it to my DVD library.

I'm a straight guy's guy, and I enjoyed "Beautiful" very much. Why? Because of the touching performance by Joey Lauren Adams as Ruby, devoted friend to Minnie Driver's Mona. Joey made Ruby a sweet, kind, generous, admirable young woman who gave so much to others and received so little in return. Each of Joey's performances has been special in its own way, but her role in "Beautiful" tops them all in my book. It made my heart ache to see Ruby working so hard to make a home for Mona and little Vanessa, and make a dream for Mona, and make life more comfortable for the elders at the home where Ruby worked as a nurse. And what happened to her in return? Mona constantly demanded "More! More! More!" ... even after poor Ruby was jailed for a crime she didn't commit. Yet Ruby remained steadfast, even cheering Mona from the TV room at the slammer come Pageant Night. "Beautiful" had a happy enough ending, I suppose, as Ruby was exonerated and released from custody. I hoped that after the closing credits, Ruby started getting all of the wonderful things she deserved so much ... a trip to a special place of her choosing, a special guy (or girl if that's her orientation) in her life ... or just having Mona cook her a nice meal, draw her a bubble bath, give her a massage and say, "I don't deserve you as a friend. Thank you for being the best part of my life."

I was very happy with this product b/c it came in less than a week from when i ordered it. And, i was happy to find what i was looking for on the internet for so cheap.

My wife (and our youngest) and I have enjoyed watching this cute film several times,(even though my wife was a pageant contestant all through her teens) this is a great film about self esteem, friendship, vanity, growing up and responsibility. Minnie Driver is great as usual, and here we first learn of her considerable vocal talents (by the way her CD " Everything in My Pocket"is a great singer song-writer album) and then there is the adorable "Pepsi Girl" Hailey Kate Eisenberg, who is spot on as the world wise (but unknowing) daughter. This isn't a great movie, but it is a pretty good one. If you are looking for a nice movie about finding your place in the world, you should enjoy "Beautiful".

I bought these as replacement bulbs for our vanity. They're exactly what I needed, and priced very well considering I didn't have to drive anywhere to buy them which is it's own reward. They're quality bulbs and indistinguishable from more expensive options made by GE for example. All of the 15 bulbs were in perfect shape (my only concern since they were being shipped). Great bulbs, great price. Recommended.

Although they look great with my ceiling fans I can find them cheaper at walmart.... I noticed that after I've already purchase them.

It's great to find a 15 pack of these on hand to replace random outages in my chandelier. Long-lasting, well packed and in perfect condition when delivered.

I purchased a set of these light bulbs to go with several fixtures that I purchased at the same time. The bulbs are a great value and arrived in perfect condition.
